The Avocado Grafted Tropical Variety Live Plant (Persea americana), also known as Butter Fruit, is a premium high-yield tropical avocado variety specially suited for Indian climates. This grafted avocado plant produces creamy, buttery, nutrient-rich fruits with excellent taste and smooth texture. Being a grafted variety, it starts fruiting earlier, gives better yield, and maintains true fruit quality compared to seed-grown plants. Supplied by Golden Hills Farm, this healthy live plant is ideal for home gardens, terrace orchards, and tropical fruit collections.

The Tropical Avocado Grafted Plant grows successfully in warm and humid regions of India such as Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and North-East India. Planting during June–September promotes better root establishment. Grafted plants grow vigorously and begin fruiting earlier, producing high-quality buttery avocados rich in nutrients and healthy fats.
Use a large 18×18 inch grow bag or pot with excellent drainage. Prepare a soil mix using red soil, compost, cocopeat, and sand. Plant upright with the graft union above the soil level. Keep in a sunny area and water moderately. Organic feeding every month improves foliage and fruit development.
Preparation: Mix compost and neem cake into the soil before planting.
Planting: Place the plant upright and gently press the soil around roots.
Watering: Water thoroughly after planting.
Establishment: Grafted avocado plants establish quickly.
Transplanting: Can later be shifted to open soil if needed.
