Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Our team will confirm your cancellation via message or call.
Once this 24-hour window has passed, or the order has already been processed and packed, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
All items are shipped from our farm in Malappuram district, Kerala, using India Speed Post – a reliable government-operated courier service.
Once your order is packed and dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email.
Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location.
⚠️ Important Note for Customers from Northeast States:
Since we ship all orders from Kerala (Malappuram), delivery to Northeastern regions of India (such as Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Tripura, and Sikkim) may take additional transit time due to extended logistics routes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
If your order has already been dispatched but you no longer wish to receive it, we treat it as a return request under our Return and Refund Policy.
To proceed:
Receive the package, and do not tamper with the items.
Notify our customer support that you'd like to return the product.
Ship the unused items back to our return address, using a reliable courier with tracking.
Once we receive the returned items in good condition, we will process your refund.
Shipping Charges will be deducted from your total refund — including both the original shipping cost and return courier charges, if we arrange the pickup.
Refunds will be issued only after the returned items reach us and pass a quick quality inspection.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
If you placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, we will request your bank account or UPI details to complete the refund process.
Items should be returned in unused, unopened, and resellable condition.
The packaging should be secure, and all labels should remain intact.
Seeds once opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for refunds.
You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned safely to us if using your own courier.
Orders cannot be canceled simply due to delayed delivery caused by postal delays, festivals, or natural disruptions.
We are not liable for delays caused by India Post once the item is dispatched from our side.
Rejection of the parcel upon delivery will be treated as a return, and shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
