We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery.
Customers can request a return within 5 days of receiving their item.
The item must be:
Unused
In original condition
With all tags and packaging intact
Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for the courier/shipping charges for returning the item.
We provide replacement for live plants only in case of damage during transit, and under the following conditions:
Customers must share an uncut unboxing video on the day of delivery clearly showing the damage.
Claims without unboxing video footage will not be eligible for replacement.
If eligible, we will send a replacement plant free of cost. Shipping charges for resending may apply in some cases.
We request customers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery. If you receive a:
Damaged item
Defective product
Wrong item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence. Depending on the situation, we will either issue a refund or arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
We stand by the quality of our seeds, but germination can depend on various factors like soil, climate, watering, and care. If your seeds do not germinate:
Contact us with clear photos of your sowing setup and process.
We may require a few days to test the same seed batch for germination.
If the batch fails our test, we will resend the seed packet at no extra cost.
No replacements will be issued without proper review and verification.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
We will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
Refunds will not include original or return shipping charges.
Items returned without approval or missing proof of purchase will not be accepted.
Used, opened, or damaged items (other than during transit) are not eligible for return or refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) customers will be requested to share UPI or bank details for refund processing.
